I have lived in Brighton for over ten years with my wife and two children (now young teenagers) and I have worked freelance running my own IT company for over twenty years - now specialising in website development.

I have experienced the local hosepipe bans, the snow chaos, difficult parking, high car parking charges, delays in getting new recycling boxes for rubbish collection, long waits for medical treatment, the dreadful lottery for local school places.

I understand local problems because they are my problems and my family's problems too.
